The Company offers life and health insurance to full time employees who have been employed with M&L for a minimum of 90 days.

M&L Electrical also provides a shared savings incentive program which employees are eligible for after six months of employment.

The Company provides you with workers’ compensation benefits beginning on the day you begin your employment with M&L.

All full time employees, after completing one year of service, are eligible for one week of paid vacation and holiday pay. Qualifying employees will also receive an additional week of bonus paid days off.
