The engineering department at M&L Electrical, Inc. provides the technical expertise to couple with the company construction abilities in order to provide a complete design/build package.  Also, as an in-house staff of support personnel, we provide immediate assistance when required by field superintendents or project managers to address construction concerns on a daily basis.  However, the most important benefit derived from the engineering department is the timely production of proposal drawings in the design/build bidding market.  Typically, an engineered set of proposal drawings is available to the client at the time of bidding any design/build project.  This set of graphical documents is much more beneficial in describing the electrical systems than any scope letter ever written.  More importantly, these drawings allow the project managers to accurately bid the scope of work and to convey an assurance to the client and to the owner that all electrical aspects of their project will be met.
