Founded in 1975 by Charles Mosley and Jim Lockwood, M&L Electrical, Inc. has grown from its entrepreneurial roots to almost 100 employees and two centralized offices in Bowling Green, KY and Loudon, TN.  This business is based on a strong commitment to ethics, dedication and teamwork, those three principles have provided a strong foundation for M&L's continued growth.

Charles & Jim expanding the size and scope of the company and were joined by Chris Mosley, now president of M&L. Now the vision of the two founders was passed to the next generation. Chris has spent over 20 years growing with the business and his commitment to the tradition of excellence established by Charlie and Jim has been vital to M&L's continuing success.

Keeping with tradition, Tracy Mosley joined the M&L team in 1988.  Since then, she has played a vital role in all aspects of the business and is now utilizing her experience and knowledge of the construction industry in the role of Secretary/Treasurer.
