In addition to a Professional Engineer to perform the basic engineering design and decisions, the production of quality design documents requires additional support staff.  The project managers assist in obtaining field data and additional information required to make good design documents.  The production of the contract documents is handled by two CAD technicians.  The senior CAD technician, Crystal Wolfe, has worked with M&L since 2002 and graduated from Bowling Green Technical College with an associates degree in 2003 and has worked with Wayne exclusively since that time.
